What we collect
- Connect form: your name, email, phone (optional), country, buyer type, budget, timeline and message — only when you choose to connect with a developer.
- Saved searches and favourites: favourites are stored in your browser (localStorage). Saved searches, if you submit an email for alerts, store that email only for those alerts.
- Developer accounts: company, contact name, email and phone, for listing and lead handling.
How we use it
Connect details are shared only with the developer of the community you chose, as a tracked referral. We do not sell your data, and we never show buyer contacts in any public list view. Leads are owner-only.
Deletion
To ask for your data to be deleted, email [email protected] with the email address you used. We will delete your Connect records and saved-search email on request.
Data storage
Data is stored in Supabase (Canada Central) when the live app is connected. Until then, Connect submissions may be saved only in the browser on the device used.
